Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (Master's preferred, related degrees considered with appropriate experience)

5+ years of experience designing electrical hardware and/or embedded systems (less could be acceptable for exceptional candidates)

Broad foundational knowledge across EE (high-speed digital, mixed-signal, analog, and power) with deep experience and understanding of at least one boundary-pushing project or product development

PCB schematic and layout design (Altium or OrCad+Allegro preferred)

Board bring-up, testing, troubleshooting from system to component level

Ability to prepare and release complete design packages (schematics, BOMs, PCB fab packages, analysis reports, etc.)

Firmware, software, scripting, or data analysis skills are a plus

Experience in a regulated, documentation-heavy industry is a plus

Willingness to travel occasionally (5–10%)
