Responsibilities

Core member of the NA Colleague Executive Committee (Colleague ExCo)

Acts as Executive Sponsor for the Investment Development Hub (IDH)

Leads and facilitates the NA People Manager Forum, and supplementary training as required, to build manager capability

Represents NA in global strategic discussions as part of the Global L&D team

Designs and delivers in-person and virtual core curriculum for NA colleagues

Leads design and delivery of Junior Careers programs in the US and Canada

Delivers and leads the NA Senior Associate Development Program

Partners with local SMEs to deliver technical learning aligned to business needs

Manages and maintains NA professional qualifications policy in line with the Global Service Agreement

Provides ongoing study support oversight for colleagues undertaking qualifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA)

Contributes to global flagship programs such as the Investments Leadership Program (ILP) and Growth Management Program

Collaborates with the Global L&D team to support International region delivery needs

Acts as a fully integrated team member, sharing insight, expertise, and delivery support across global initiatives
