Responsibilities

Build and ship full-stack features using Angular and .NET (C#)

Maintain and modernize legacy systems balancing shipping new features with refactoring older code, reducing technical debt, and keeping the platform performant and stable

Optimize data and performance writing efficient LINQ queries and using Entity Framework effectively to keep the platform fast under heavy load

Drive quality through code reviews, share feedback, and help elevate engineering standards across the team

Be autonomous and adaptable, thriving in a changing development process, adjust to evolving priorities, and find creative ways to deliver value quickly

Communicate openly, share progress, surface blockers early, and work transparently in a remote-first environment

Required

5+ years of web development experience

3+ years of experience using Typescript and Angular (version 18+)

3+ years of experience using .NET (C#)

Experience with third party integrations

Proficiency with Entity Framework, Redis, SignalR and MySQL

Comfortable using AI coding tools with critical judgement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Flexible with the development process flow

Critical thinker who can run autonomously

A low-ego, team-first mentality and are not afraid to take risks

Able to execute on objectives with high level direction and minimal supervision

A valid LinkedIn profile with photo MUST be included to be considered

Preferred

Experience with MQTT, OpenSearch or AWS S3

Experience integrating SSO solutions

Experience with ArcGIS

Experience with Angular 18+ and .NET 8+

Familiarity working in a startup environment

Experience with real time video streaming protocols (WebRTC, RTSP, HLS)

Central or East time zone
