Responsibilities

Lead and deliver complex Rail + Transit design projects, from early planning through final design

Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring quality and exceptional service

Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering growth and career development

Collaborate with senior leaders nationwide to pursue new opportunities and strengthen our Rail + Transit practice

Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and professional associations in New York and beyond

Play a key role in project pursuits, including proposal development, strategy, and presentations

Qualification

Civil Engineering degreeProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseRail + Transit design experienceClient relationship managementLeadership skillsBusiness developmentMentoring experienceCommunication skills

Required

A degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY strongly preferred

Proven success delivering Rail + Transit engineering design projects, programs, or on-call assignments for major agencies

10+ years of relevant experience, with deep expertise in Rail + Transit projects

Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and motivating teams

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

Ability to balance technical delivery, business development, and team growth responsibilities

Preferred

Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY
