Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cybersecurity and Cryptography Architect, Senior to lead cryptographic modernization efforts for senior DoD clients. In this role, you will develop architecture and technical protocols, perform computation analysis, and coordinate cryptography policies to enhance security against advanced cyber threats.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement ways to harden systems and reduce their attack surface
Develop architecture and technical protocols
Perform computation analysis
Review and coordinate cryptography policies and guidance at the DoD levels
Coordinate work across Combatant Commands, Services, and Agencies to support the warfighter
Investigate new techniques and innovate beyond legacy models
Integrate secure practices like cryptographic modernization and key management
Lead a team to make a difference in the security of cryptographic capabilities
Identify new opportunities to use cybersecurity solutions to meet client challenges

Required

Experience with USG clients
Experience in cryptographic protocols and computational analysis
Experience with developing and presenting complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership entities, verbally and in writing
Knowledge of evaluating cryptographic products and solutions
Ability to analyze cryptography policy, and develop cryptography guidance and memorandums
Ability to provide 4+ cryptographic peer-reviewed papers on cryptographic analysis, published in cryptographic venues
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mathematics and 14+ years of experience in cryptography, OR Master's degree in Computer Science or Mathematics and 12+ years of experience in cryptography

Preferred

Experience with leading cryptographic policy analysis and strategy development and implementation
Knowledge of cryptographic publications, including NSM 8, NSM10, and CNSSP-15
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree
CISSP Certification
