Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for geriatric patients in Senior Living (Independent and Assisted Living) Communities
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet
Qualification
Required
A current Massachusetts Physical Therapist License
A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
Preferred
Home Health and OASIS experience is strongly preferred
