As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers, assist with property tours, and maintain operational support while ensuring the facility's cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
Conduct property tours and explain unit sizes, pricing, and lease terms
Prepare rental agreements and manage account setup and closures
Upsell storage-related products and services (e.g., locks, boxes, insurance)
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues professionally
Maintain accurate records using facility management software
Process payments, reconcile cash drawers, and generate daily reports
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming
Handle data entry, filing, and general correspondence
Perform daily walk-throughs and lock checks for security
Clean vacant units and ensure they are rent-ready
Remove trash, sweep hallways, and maintain landscaping
Report and assist with minor repairs or maintenance needs
Qualification
Required
