Service Desk IT Specialist

They are seeking a Service Desk IT Specialist to provide Tier I/II end-user IT support, resolve incidents, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the Treasury’s TSDN environment.

Responsibilities
Respond to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
Provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
Perform account administration (create, modify, reset)
Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support
Support remote and on-site troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
Active Secret clearance (T-3)
Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT
5+ years of IT helpdesk experience
Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred
CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
Experience with Active Directory account management
Knowledge of ITIL Service Desk best practices
