Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and maintain Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments

Provide support for SQL Server databases, including performance tuning, patching, and backup/recovery

Implement and enforce security policies in accordance with Treasury and DoD directives

Perform system upgrades, migrations, and patches to ensure compliance and performance

Support disaster recovery and continuity of operations (COOP) exercises for Citrix and SQL Server environments

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated from the Service Desk

Document system configurations, changes, and procedures in accordance with Treasury requirements

Required

Secret clearance with favorable T-3 investigation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of experience in Citrix administration (XenApp/XenDesktop)

5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration

Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments

Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management systems

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred

Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V) or higher

Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or SQL Server certification

Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation

Knowledge of VMware, SCCM, and enterprise backup solutions

Prior experience supporting federal agency IT infrastructure environments
