Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for the brand integration business, driving a multimillion-dollar P&L
Manage outreach and demand generation, developing sales collateral, pricing models, and positioning strategies to drive a strong pipeline of brand partnerships
Actively build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and key industry players
Negotiate contracts and sponsorship deals to maximize revenue and long-term partnerships
Develop custom campaign concepts that align with brand objectives and Dhar Mann Studios’ content
Oversee campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring smooth collaboration between brands and production
Act as a liaison between production and brand partners to ensure seamless execution
Track campaign results and ROI, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and market trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sales, or talent management within media, entertainment, or digital content
Strong understanding of social media, branded content, and analytics
Proven track record of closing deals, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth
A deep rolodex of relevant brand partners for Dhar Mann Studios and our broad family audience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present compelling brand solutions
Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
