Responsibilities
Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks
Collaborate with backend and data teams to visualize sensor data and fleet insights in real time
Drive frontend architecture and component design, ensuring scalability and maintainability
Champion user experience and accessibility, helping shape the design language of Gridware’s platform
Implement strong testing, performance, and observability practices across the frontend stack
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience developing modern web applications in React, TypeScript, and related technologies
Strong understanding of state management, performance optimization, and API integration
Proven ability to deliver complex, data-driven user interfaces with high reliability
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and design teams
Preferred
Experience visualizing real-time or geospatial data
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Storybook, Chakra, Material)
Experience building internal tools or operational dashboards
Interest in IoT, energy, or real-time systems
