Inside Dealer Sales Representative - (on-site)
North Atlantic Corp is a distributor of construction materials with a strong reputation in the dealer market. They are seeking a driven Inside Dealer Sales Representative to join their inside sales team, which involves training on manufacturing, processing orders, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Order / Quote entry daily. We have a 24 hour turn around on quotes
Answer phones / Return voicemails
Monitor emails
Develop positive relationships with our customers
Represent oneself in a professional manner
Maintain acceptable profit margins
Follow up on all projects
Purposeful analytical person - thrive on challenges, continuously look for ways to improve and grow sales
Tech savvy - proficient in using quoting software for (window bids, door bids) order entry
Complete work daily
Must be able to communicate with other peers in sales department
Communicate with production and shipping department
Most importantly, communicate with the customer
Qualification
Required
Ability to multi-task and make business decisions in a constantly changing, fast paced environment
Composed under pressure
Results driven
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Effective time management
Organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills - written, oral and listening
Ability to learn products and processes within the building industry
Minimum education required: GED or High School diploma
Microsoft Office and Outlook experience
Basic computer skills
Preferred
Preferably 2-5 years experience in a retail/wholesale environment with a demonstrated success working with customers
General knowledge of the building industry preferred
