Responsibilities

You will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing the programs and processes that enable the global delivery of OCI products and services

You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage program timelines, and ensure operational alignment across business, technical, and support teams

By owning internal tooling, workflow automation, and process improvements, you will help scale OCI’s operations, drive efficiency, and enable data-informed decision-making to support our rapid growth

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience in program management

Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and driving projects to completion in fast-paced environments

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage program metrics, KPIs, and generate actionable insights from operational data

Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and operational processes associated with large-scale platform delivery

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence, coordinate, and build consensus across engineering, operations, and business teams
