Responsibilities

Act as a senior helpdesk technician, addressing complex issues and serving as an escalation point for technical problems

Maintain and manage IT systems, including O365, Slack, Kandji, ticketing systems, and automation tools

Develop and standardize IT processes, creating clear, actionable documentation to streamline team workflows

Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring all goals are met on time and within scope

Identify areas for efficiency and automation in IT operations, implementing solutions to enhance service delivery

Work cross-functionally, asking thoughtful clarifying questions to ensure a clear understanding of objectives and deliverables

Required

Proven experience as a Senior Helpdesk Technician or similar role

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to ask thoughtful clarifying questions to ensure thorough understanding
