Responsibilities

Support the development of global logistics pricing roadmap and execute the Air Freight and Ocean LCL pricing policy to exceed customer expectations

Lead a customer-first approach, understand market pricing trends and ensure the correct, accurate and timely execution of the pricing strategy

Use your global logistics and pricing domain expertise to support the development of pricing capabilities

Implement the pricing policy to achieve revenue growth goals, plans, and business requirements

Ensure that pricing execution leads to increased customer adoption and achievement of the financial targets

Collaborate and communicate clearly with internal partners across marketplace, tech, procurement and operational organizations to successfully implement pricing strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area

2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Logistics or related field and 4 years' experience in pricing, sourcing, operations management, finance, logistics or related area OR 6 years' experience in pricing, sourcing, operations management, finance, logistics or related area

Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Logistics or related field

5 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office

2 years' experience developing financial, pricing or logistics solutions strategies

2 years' experience working with cross-functional teams

Commercial, pricing or operational experience with Air Freight and/or Ocean LCL
