Previous founding or startup experience
Fluency in Kotlin, shipped multiple Android apps to large userbases
User-focused design intuition and design taste
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Aptitude and clarity of thought
Creativity, excellence in engineering, and code velocity
Built personal projects or contributed to open source in Kotlin
Incredible attention to detail on design and animations
Care towards code quality and UX
Strong programming practices and high-throughput of code across the stack
