Responsibilities

Lead a Business Analyst and Solution Architect to facilitate definition and prioritization workshops with Government stakeholders to define and prioritize CMDB Enterprise use cases

Provide quality oversight and contribute to the team that will develop use case solutions which may include project plans, architecture drawings, bills of material (BOMs), labor estimates, etc

Report status and help maintain updates to the project schedule working with the CMDB Project Manager

Required

Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret Clearance

10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience)

Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities

Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal

Preferred

Service Mapping, Zero Trust, Comply to Connect, Configuration Management, Change Management, IT Catalog, and/or Advanced Monitoring experience

Axonius and Flexera Data Platform experience

An active DoD Top Secret or higher clearance

Agile or Scrum Master Certification

Experience working in the Department of Defense
