Account Development Manager

As an Account Development Manager, you will be a key member of the Customer Growth team, executing outbound strategies and serving as the first point of contact for prospective customers, while also coordinating current customer growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Expand current business as well as develop new business through prospecting for clients via phone, e-mail and established communication channels
Challenge clients and prospects to think differently about their business

Lend a hand when someone needs your expertise
Easily multitask and juggle the many demands on your time while initiating, engaging and following up with clients and prospects
Connect data while offering unique insights to current and potential clients
Execute outbound strategies and serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers
Coordinate current customer growth opportunities by collaboratively strategizing upselling and cross-selling methods with your team
Develop relevant skills to advance your career within NRC Health
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree OR 2 years sales experience required; UNL Sales Certificate a plus
Availability to work in the office 4 days a week
A demonstrated interest in and aptitude for strategic sales with a strong sense of self-motivation
Experience in a professional environment and proven communication skills
High learning agility and ability to think critically
Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) required
Preferred
Experience with a CRM system preferred
