New Grad, Entry LevelThe University of Missouri-Kansas City is seeking multiple tenure-track/tenure-eligible faculty positions in Computer Science at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level. The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching, developing a funded research program, mentoring students, and engaging in departmental services.

Have a strong commitment to teaching undergraduate and graduate courses
Develop and sustain an extramurally funded research program
Mentor undergraduate/graduate students and post-doctoral fellows in research and advanced pedagogy
Engage in department, school, or university services appropriate to the position including serving on graduate committees
Advance the goals and strategic plan of SSE and UMKC
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related discipline prior to the start date
Strong commitment to teaching undergraduate and graduate courses
Develop and sustain an extramurally funded research program
Mentor undergraduate/graduate students and post-doctoral fellows in research and advanced pedagogy
Engage in department, school, or university services appropriate to the position including serving on graduate committees
Advance the goals and strategic plan of SSE and UMKC
Successful grant applications, multiple peer reviewed publications at their previous position, mentorship of graduate students or postdoctoral fellows, and strong student evaluations from didactic teaching for Associate or Full Professor positions
