Responsibilities
Own and scale the paid acquisition engine across SEM, paid social, and other digital channels
Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing paid media team
Define and execute the paid marketing roadmap with clear goals, KPIs, and testing frameworks
Identify new channels, platforms, and tactics to unlock scalable and efficient growth
Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Brand, and Creative teams to optimize conversion and improve full-funnel performance
Build and evolve the infrastructure to measure campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI
Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership on paid growth strategy and investment decisions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in performance and growth marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role at high-growth tech companies
Deep expertise in paid digital (SEM, Social), SEO and conversion rate optimization
Data-driven — can build dashboards, interpret performance signals, and drive action through insights
Thrive in fast-paced environments and love testing, learning, and iterating quickly
Hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Experience building and coaching growth teams and fostering a culture of ownership and experimentation
Clear, compelling communicator who can influence cross-functionally and inspire teams toward a shared vision
