Presales Solutions Architect
Protagona is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect who will partner with sales members to develop and pitch solutions for customers. This role involves creating technical sales collateral, performing technical due diligence, and ensuring successful project delivery through effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Meeting with customers and providing them with prospective solutions
Partnering with Sales, and providing collateral to assist in winning business
Estimating the professional services cost and efforts required to deliver projects
Estimating the AWS platform costs for solutions designed
Liaising with legal and funding counterparts within Protagona to obtain sign-off and approval of scoped projects during the proposal and SOW phase
Qualification
Required
Broad and complex understanding of AWS cloud computing services
Understanding of underlying architecture and advanced systems design
Ability to hear complex customer problems and provide nuanced, specific solutions
Strong communication and soft-skills due to the customer-facing nature of the role
Ability to blend soft-skills and deep technical knowledge
Customer oriented communications
Ability to translate business requirements into technical design and estimations
Ability to appropriately scope technical delivery efforts, delivery timelines, and AWS solutions costs
