Executive Administrative Assistant
Lift Business Resources connects tech-savvy assistants with business owners and executives across various industries. They are seeking a dedicated Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support, manage content and marketing tasks, and handle documentation for clients in a remote part-time capacity.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support: manage calendars, inboxes, CRM/task systems; draft documents and meeting notes
Content & Marketing: schedule posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube; upload and optimize YouTube content (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, SEO tags); WordPress updates; create branded visuals in Canva
Documentation: format and prepare spreadsheets, workbooks, and publications in Word and Excel
Meetings & Follow-Up: attend weekly video meetings, take notes, and track action items
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience as an assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using CRM, project management, and social media scheduling tools
Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
Able to commit to focused, distraction-free time blocks during working hours
Interested in steady, part-time schedules of 15–20 hours per week
