Represent clients in employment law matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and workplace investigations
Provide proactive counseling on compliance, workplace policies, and dispute prevention
Manage legal strategy, case development, and settlement negotiations with precision and care
Conduct legal research, draft persuasive pleadings, and prepare for hearings and arbitrations
Partner with firm leadership and colleagues to continually strengthen the practice and expand client impact
Qualification
Required
A genuine passion for employment law and advocating for fairness in the workplace
Demonstrated success in handling employment litigation or counseling matters
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Current active membership in the California Bar in good standing
