Responsibilities

Work independently in the field with strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with high-voltage and industrial power systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

3+ years of experience in electrical power systems, field service, or related roles preferred

Strong understanding of power distribution systems, high-voltage equipment, and protective relays

Proficiency in using electrical test equipment such as power analyzers, relay test sets, etc

Knowledge of industry standards such as IEEE, NFPA 70E, NETA, and ANSI

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Willingness to travel extensively for on-site service assignments

Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain necessary work permits or certifications as required

Preferred

Engineer in Training (EIT)/Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification or working towards certification

NETA Level II or higher certification

Experience with SCADA systems, PLCs, and automation controls

Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support role
