Responsibilities

Supervises and controls the program budget on all allocations, programs, projects, and related administrative expenses

Supervises the maintenance of expenditure control ledgers and other financial records required for the control of the fiscal operations of the programs

Conducts public hearings, workshops, informal meetings, and training sessions

Speaks to community groups and organizations, provides technical assistance as requested to interested groups and persons

Keeps abreast of new and amended County, State, and Federal rules and regulations affecting housing assistance and development programs and ensures that the program activities adhere to them

Required

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in business or public administration, political science, sociology, psychology, or related field

Possession of a valid motor vehicle driver's license (equivalent to state of Hawaii Type 3)
