Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement the processes, tools, and procedures used for testing in manufacturing

Create automated test scripts and execute test plans on products, manufacturing methods, and equipment

Evaluate product designs for manufacturability and testability, identifying problems early in the design process before manufacturing begins

Interpret and analyze results and suggest corrective action plans

Monitor the initial configuration and manufacturing parameters

Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, process, quality, and/or production teams to optimize manufacturing quality and efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

5+ years of relevant experience

Ability to develop and/or specify necessary test equipment, software, and procedures for high volume production and testing of industrial and consumer goods

Experience in designing, developing, and implementing processes, tools, and procedures used for testing in manufacturing

Ability to create automated test scripts and execute test plans on products, manufacturing methods, and equipment

Experience in evaluating product designs for manufacturability and testability

Ability to interpret and analyze results and suggest corrective action plans

Experience in monitoring initial configuration and manufacturing parameters

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, process, quality, and/or production teams
