The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing tailored plans, and providing coaching and training to staff and caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop tailored plans
Provide hands-on coaching and training for staff and caregivers
Monitor, evaluate, and adjust interventions to ensure success
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that values your expertise
Empower individuals with disabilities to live fuller, more independent lives
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA (or equivalent MD licensure)
Minimum 1 year writing behavior support plans
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background checks
Physical ability to meet role requirements
Willingness to attend paid specialized training (M–F, 8:30–5:00 PM)
