Responsibilities

You will use proprietary software to provide labels, annotations, and inputs on projects involving safety protocols, risk scenarios, and policy compliance
You must support the delivery of high-quality curated data that reinforces AI resilience and ethical alignment
In this effort, you will collaborate with technical staff to develop tasks that improve AI's ability to detect and resist unsafe behaviors
You’ll also work with technical staff to improve annotation tools for efficient workflows

Required

Expertise in identifying and testing AI model vulnerabilities, including jailbreaking methods, to enhance safety mechanisms

Proficiency in analyzing complex scenarios, with strong skills in ethical reasoning and risk assessment
Strong ability to utilize resources, guidelines, and frameworks for accurate safety-focused annotations
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and ethical decision-making skills
Commitment to developing AI that prioritizes safety and risk mitigation

Preferred

Experience in AI red-teaming, alignment research, or roles involving safety evaluations and policy development
