FCP Tribal Talent Program
Forest County Potawatomi Community is seeking individuals for the FCP Tribal Talent Program, which provides valuable work experience within various government divisions. Participants will apply their academic knowledge in practical settings while working towards potential permanent placements in their chosen departments.
Government Administration
Responsibilities
Learns more about field or industry of interest while working for FCP Tribal Government Divisions
Applies knowledge learned in Bachelor’s program to work within the selected rotation departments
Gains valuable work experience and professional knowledge while contributing to department goals and objectives
Completes projects and day to day work identified by the department supervisor/incumbent staff
Creates rotation summaries for each position
Collaborates with Tribal Talent Program Coordinator and department supervisors on potential permanent placement if successful
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled member of Forest County Potawatomi Tribe
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, One Note, Power Point, Outlook
FCP complies with all CMS Mandates & all Health Division employees must receive the COVID-19 vaccine prior to hire. Additional immunization requirements may also be necessary
Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens
