Responsibilities
Work warm leads AND generate your own through face-to-face outreach
Deliver quotes, build trust, and close deals
Provide clean paperwork to Operations to get roofing jobs scheduled quickly
Own your pipeline from lead to install, with support every step of the way
Ensure necessary documentation is in order for the roofing jobs
Abide by all sales policies and guidelines in a professional and productive manner as set forth by the company
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 2-5 years of door-to-door sales, residential roofing sales experience or roofing sales/installation experience in an adjacent field
Outside sales expertise
Negotiation skills
Proven track record in sales
B2B sales experience
Outgoing personality – not afraid to start a conversation or knock a door
Coachable attitude – we'll train you, just bring the work ethic
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset
A willingness to be proactive and search for new leads
Comfortable working evenings/weekends when needed and traveling across multiple job sites
Valid Utah driver's license required. Company vehicle provided
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug pre-employment screen
