Analyst II - IT Client Support (Santa Clara, CA)

They are seeking a highly skilled IT Client Support Analyst II to provide comprehensive technical support to over 200+ end users, ensuring SLA compliance, managing IT inventory, and organizing IT workspaces.

Responsibilities
Provide Level II support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iPads, iPhones), and peripheral equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office applications, Windows OS, Intune-managed devices, printers, and Teams/AV conference room equipment
Respond to and resolve tickets using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system, while ensuring compliance with SLA targets
Perform computer imaging and deployment for new hires and hardware replacements
Maintain and organize local IT storage, equipment, and workspaces to ensure efficiency and cleanliness
Track and manage local IT inventory, including hardware and accessories
Support AV and conference room technology setup and troubleshooting
Assist with basic networking tasks such as port patching and troubleshooting network connectivity
Maintain accurate documentation for user support, hardware inventory, and standard operating procedures
Collaborate with other IT team members and escalate issues when necessary
Be on-call and provide occasional weekend or overtime support during upgrades or critical incidents
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role
Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)
