Service Sales Account Executive
Integrity Fire Safety Services is an industry leader in fire and life safety services, seeking a Service Sales Account Executive to join their team. This role focuses on securing testing, inspection, and preventative maintenance services through relationship building with Property Managers and Facility Supervisors, while managing accounts and generating new sales.

Successfully on-board new clients with our operations team
Engage with Property Managers, Building Engineers, Facility and Maintenance Supervisors to service their portfolio
Follow up with potential prospects that are willing to discuss their testing, inspection and preventative maintenance needs and convert them into ongoing, profitable and satisfied customers
Manage each step of the sales process: identify prospective customers, solicit testing and inspection services, solicit preventative maintenance services, negotiate rates, document key aspects of the property and its systems, and communicate with customers as you hand off services to the scheduling and operations team members
Successfully navigate and use Integrity Fire’s web-based quoting and CRM systems
Continue to develop existing customer accounts while constantly looking for new customer opportunities
Qualification
Required
Energetic, sales-minded individuals of all experience levels
Ability to secure testing, inspection and preventative maintenance services with Property Managers, Building Engineers, Facility and Maintenance Supervisors
Proper account management and on-boarding skills
Willingness to make calls (including cold-calling), follow up emails and schedule appointments
Engagement with Property Managers, Building Engineers, Facility and Maintenance Supervisors
Ability to follow up with potential prospects and convert them into ongoing, profitable and satisfied customers
Management of each step of the sales process
Ability to successfully navigate and use Integrity Fire's web-based quoting and CRM systems
Determination to grow a book of business from the ground up
Ability to negotiate and keep a level head in times of conflict
