Responsibilities

Participate in projects such as optimizing engineering and information workflows, conducting data mining and fact-checking, and developing innovative approaches to improve efficiency in time-intensive tasks
Assist Project Managers with review of invoices and budgets
Attend and prepare minutes of meetings and agendas
Review inspection reports and progress
Assist with schedule reviews
Assist in the preparation and review of project plans and procedures
Assist in document control

Qualification

MS Office proficiencyChemical EngineeringMechanical EngineeringElectrical EngineeringCollaboration skillsOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsAdaptability

Required

Student actively enrolled in a degreed program and attending classes related to Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with expected graduation date of December 2025- May 2027
Proficient in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to Excel, Word, Access, Visual Basic, PowerPoint and Outlook
Collaborate with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy, and professionalism
Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public

Preferred

The ability to take direction well, stay organized, and consistently meet work expectations
Adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with the team
Show willingness to learn new tools, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
