Help Desk Manager

GC Associates USA is currently seeking a Help Desk Manager to support the US Army Reserve 9th Mission Support Command. The role involves managing C4IM support services and ensuring high service level agreements while providing IT support and troubleshooting in various environments.

Responsibilities

Providing IT support services
Troubleshooting both hardware and software
Utilizing tiered Help Desk approach
Work ticket tracking solutions (Altiris Help Desk, Remedy)
Ensuring high service level agreement (SLA)
Troubleshooting in mixed environments (SIPR, NIPR, CENTRIX, STAMIS, etc.)
Managing servers
Handling mobile devices
Managing A/V equipment
Working with Active Directory
Using OS delivery methods (Altiris DS, SCCM, etc.)
Troubleshooting USARC specific applications servers (RCAS, RLAS, DMO)
Troubleshooting command specific applications (ITRS, iPerms, DTS)

Required

8+ years of experience providing IT support services
8+ years of experience troubleshooting both hardware and software
8+ years of experience utilizing tiered Help Desk approach
8+ years of experience with work ticket tracking solutions (Altiris Help Desk, Remedy)
Extensive help desk personnel management experience ensuring high service level agreement (SLA)
Experience in troubleshooting in mixed environments (SIPR, NIPR, CENTRIX, STAMIS, etc.)
Experience with servers
Experience with mobile devices
Experience with A/V equipment
Experience with Active Directory
Extensive working knowledge of OS delivery methods (Altiris DS, SCCM, etc.)
Extensive working knowledge of USARC specific applications servers (RCAS, RLAS, DMO)
Extensive working knowledge of troubleshooting command specific applications (ITRS, iPerms, DTS)
IAT Level II (per DoD 8570.1)

Preferred

Clearance Required: Secret or Top Secret
