Strategic Account Representative
West Coast Medical Resources, also known as WestCMR, is the market leader in the distribution of discounted surgical supplies. They are seeking a Strategic Account Representative to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The role includes maintaining a database of prospects, developing market strategies, and attending medical conventions.

Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and requirements
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and e-mails
Develop and maintain current market business plan
Develop and assist with market research and marketing implementation programs
Ability to attend Regional and National Medical conventions and trade shows
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong phone presence and experience dialing numerous calls per day
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
Ability to handle competing demands and multi-tasking required
Positive can-do attitude, self-motivating and results-oriented, and proficient in MS Office
High School diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
2+ years of call center/inside sale experience – desired
Experience working with sales CRM – desired
