GC Associates USA is currently seeking a Project Manager/Site Lead to support the US Army Reserve 9th Mission Support Command in Ft Shafter, Hawaii. The role involves managing C4IM missions and providing strategic and tactical support for network operations and unified communications in the Pacific region.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the US Army Reserve 9th Mission Support Command (MSC) Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information Management (C4IM) Service and Support

Manage all C4IM missions and C4IM Service and Support for the US Army Reserve (USAR) in the Pacific

Provide direct C4IM support to the 9th MSC Headquarters and staff elements, Direct Reporting Units (DRU) on network functions pertaining to Operations and Plans, Network Operations, and Unified Communications

Execute strategic, tactical, and base sustaining C4IM support during peacetime and contingent operations in support of all USAR units in the Pacific

Provide mission command sustainment through the Pacific LandWarNet (PLWN) for assigned and attached USAR units and personnel as a Direct Reporting Unit (DRU) and senior USAR Headquarters to the Commander and US Army Pacific (USARPAC)

Required

6+ years of experience as a Project Manager and lead IT Enterprise Management experience for a Network Operations and Security Center

Extensive working knowledge of RMF/eMASS certification and accreditation requirements (DoD 8510.1 and 8500.2), C4IM deliverables, enterprise infrastructure (MPLS, DISA/Commercial circuits) and hardware/software solutions

6+ years of experience in DoD IT purchasing procedures (CHESS, Goal 1 Waivers, etc.), completed various project management courses (PMI, Six Sigma, etc.)
