Responsibilities

Conduct regular development calls to identify and cultivate potential leads
Implement effective strategies for lead generation and follow up with potential clients or partners
Maintain detailed records of all development activities and track progress against targets
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments
Collaborate with senior leadership to align business strategies with overall organizational objectives
Design and administer surveys to assess program effectiveness and gather feedback from participants
Analyze survey data and generate reports to inform program improvements
Implement a monitoring and evaluation framework to track the impact of programs and initiatives
Commit to specific timeframes to be present at program locations, ensuring hands-on involvement in after school programs

Required
