Gaining an understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives
Learning new skills, technologies, and Grant Thornton methodologies
Working on a variety of client engagements that vary by size, region, and industry
Receiving hands on mentoring and career coaching

Obtaining professional development, continuing education, and focused training

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or various combinations of similar studies required
The willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed
Ability to travel to various client sites as needed
Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Effective project and time management skills for handling multiple priorities
Positive mindset for dealing with multiple tasks, deliverables, and learning new concepts
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail
High aptitude to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas
Open mindset that is willing to learn new skills
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. No visa sponsorship is available for this position
