Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and other travel arrangements
Provide expert recommendations tailored to client needs, preferences, and budgets
Ensure seamless travel experiences by managing reservations and itineraries
Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and destinations to offer the best options
Deliver top-notch service while addressing any issues or changes that arise
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Must be 18+ with reliable internet access and a dedicated home workspace
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service or travel booking is a plus (not required)
