The Preventative Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing all duties regarding preventive maintenance on machinery in a CNC machining environment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on production machines per directions given by Team Leader and Maintenance Manager

Assist maintenance in other areas as directed, including but not limited to: Changing and refilling coolant in CNC machines

PH balance of coolant to avoid rust or damage to the parts

Wiping down the machines, windows, and parts of the machine

Cleaning and mopping areas where coolant leaks are prevalent with machines

Perform light equipment repair under the direct supervision of the Team Lead

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Mechanical aptitudeAttendance record

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Mechanical aptitude and an excellent attendance record
