The Legal Analyst - Litigation will provide paralegal support on various litigation-related legal matters, assist attorneys with case management, and manage responses to subpoenas and discovery processes.

Responsibilities

Investigate and manage smaller-scale disputes, including consumer complaints and single-plaintiff litigation

Serve as primary support for intake and management of matters using Legal Tracker software; manage litigation holds using Legal Hold Pro

Investigate and handle responses to subpoenas, including complex subpoenas, in a tight time frame

Manage responses to discovery on all Legal Department matters, including use of Microsoft365 e-discovery software; serve as intermediary between outside counsel and internal clients to organize documents and information

Assist with other legal issues and projects as necessary, including contract drafting and negotiations, regulatory guidance, general legal questions and other topics
