Responsibilities
Assisting the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the program, including administrative tasks (including payroll, scheduling and petty cash), staff supervision, group/individual counseling and crisis intervention
This position has on-call responsibilities and is a member of the management team
Must be available some nights and weekends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human services (or equivalent)
five years of supervisory experience and/or training
equivalent combination of education and experience
