Own your zip codes– Prospect, pitch, and close new business in underserved areas

Expand existing accounts – Don’t just maintain—grow. Upsell, cross-sell, and push volume

Hit 35+ retailers a week (combined new business and existing retailers)– No excuses. No shortcuts

Drive revenue– Grow volume, boost margins, and crush your KPIs

Dominate the CRM– Log every lead, every call, every win

Deliver killer presentations– Show off our industry-leading products and close the deal

Build loyalty– Keep your agents close and your competitors sweating

Collaborate to win– Work cross-functionally to upsell, cross-sell, and maximize every opportunity

Qualification

Required

3-4+ years of quota-crushing B2B sales experience—territory management, Latin SMB focus

Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas

Experience in retail networks, money transfer, prepaid cards, top-ups or financial services? Even better

Bilingual (Spanish/English)– Non-negotiable

CRM-savvy, Microsoft Office-ready
