Biomedical Machine Learning Engineer

They are seeking a Biomedical Machine Learning Engineer to develop machine learning algorithms and analyze clinical data for chronic disease management solutions, working with a global team to deliver clinical-grade medical products.

Responsibilities
Develop a machine/statistical learning algorithm/model to solve problems in healthcare with clinical insights and interpretation
Analyze and manage a large volume of clinical data to expand understanding in chronic disease management
Define, and assess the opportunities to adapt advanced machine learning models to address customer needs in the regulated healthcare industry
Engage with multi-disciplinary teams of software/hardware systems/firmware and business/marketing to continue to develop and improve the medical system
Support satisfying regulatory and quality requirements as a medical device manufacturing company
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or statistics with versatile machine learning experiences or equivalent
Strong background in data science and statistics with preferred research experience with statistical analysis on a large volume of data
Solid understanding in medical physiology
Efficient communication and presentation skills for external stakeholders of medical professionals as well as the internal development team with various disciplines
Preferred
Experience of software development in the cloud environment such as AWS, GCP Azure and etc
Experience in engaging with medical professionals
Working knowledges of various programming languages (Python, MATLAB, C/C++, and etc.)
Being able to work in a fast-paced work environment
