Responsibilities

Keep critical services up and running within defined SLAs

Participate in the on-call rotation to respond quickly to outages and performance issues

Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure to support traffic growth and data expansion

Own instrumentation of logs, metrics, and monitoring for core systems

Collaborate with the Security team to ensure compliance with privacy and security controls

Partner with engineering peers to embed reliability practices into development workflows
