Responsibilities
Conduct in vitro and in vivo experimental techniques including CRISPR screening, gene induction and knockdowns, protein biochemistry, transgenic mouse modeling, flow cytometry, and bioinformatic interrogation of clinical samples
Collaborate with multiple other research programs within the scientific community at Harvard and at outside institutions, including programs in functional genomic screening, metabolism, and epigenetics
Qualification
Required
MD or PhD
Strong background in molecular and cellular biology
Previous experience in DNA damage biology, mouse models, and/or computational biology
