Responsibilities

Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters

Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters

In coverage litigation matters, draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery

Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects

Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients

Qualification

Required

JD from an accredited law school

Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada

5+ years coverage/coverage litigation experience

Experience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.)

Experience in either or both third-party and first-party claims

Coverage analysis and writing experience

Superior analytical skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills
