Responsibilities

Develop a broad range of skills in troubleshooting, innovating fixes and workarounds, and keeping software up-to-date

Design networks and develop network monitoring to troubleshoot connectivity issues

Communicate clearly and collaborate with others to deliver results

Lead across teams to develop and execute in-depth infrastructure plans

Dive deep to solve critical infrastructure issues involving networking and high-performance compute clusters

Influence within your team and AWS service teams for overall infrastructure designs

Identify and implement process improvements to improve team agility and operations

Define new mechanisms for system health monitoring, diagnostics, repair, and automation

Develop, document, and update operational runbooks as part of on-call rotations

Required

4+ years of major internet routing protocols experience
