Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams focused on SaaS platforms, driving system convergence, managing implementations, and proactively resolving challenges

Design scalable, secure technical solutions for enterprise systems by collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to align architecture with organizational goals

Engage with internal stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from gathering business requirements to deployment and post-launch support

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution, adherence to timelines, and alignment with business priorities

Develop expertise across a range of IT technologies, and lead training initiatives to upskill teams on emerging tools, platforms, and methodologies

Establish and optimize IT processes, implementing measurable improvements that enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and service delivery

Lead the resolution of IT application issues, including assessing business impact, communicating with IT leadership, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing long-term corrective actions

Collaborate effectively across departments, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including IT and executive leadership

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Information Science, Mathematics, or related degree required

Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 required for each degree earned

10+ years experience in a related field

Expertise in REST APIs, Object-Oriented Programming, enterprise integration tools, and Database design required

Preferred

Experience with CI/CD tools from Atlassian a plus

Salesforce experience a plus
