Responsibilities

Proactively diagnose and triage problems and escalate these within the teams you support; this may include fixing issues as appropriate

Document accurate context and reproduction steps to new and existing bug reports

Collaborate with software engineers and QA to develop test plans to ensure projects are stable and have appropriate automated test coverage

Handle deployments and follow-up issues and test failures

Assist teams to improve observability and debuggability of their products

Maintain robust documentation for processes and procedures

Required

3+ years of professional experience in software engineering support

Demonstrated experience with performance monitoring, logging and error tracking software

Experience with automated testing frameworks

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain good relations and with team members across the org

Experience with shared code and source control

Professional exposure to modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React and C#

Must be inquisitive, and collaborative with a solid work ethic

Preferred

Experience with TeamCity or other build management tools

Knowledge of Rockstar's game titles and a passion for playing video games
